Think You’re Too Old to Start? Think Again.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is not reserved for young athletes or experienced competitors. Adults often begin training in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond.

Technique, timing, and leverage are central to jiu-jitsu, allowing students to develop effective skills without relying entirely on speed or strength. Training can also be adjusted to your experience, ability, and physical condition.

Our adult and 40+ training options provide a welcoming place to improve your health, learn new skills, and stay active at your own pace.
